* Concession in the fee will be awarded based on the performance in the admission test conducted at HVS.

The fees include the following:

  • Tuition fee
  • Boarding expenses
  • Routine onsite medical check-up, dental care, prescription of the school doctor, common medicines, and services provided in the school clinic.
  • Use of library, swimming pool, laboratory, computer lab, gym and coaching in regular sports and games.

The fees do NOT include following and the expenses are deducted from the student’s imprest money account:

  • Text books, note books, course material, Tuck shop bills, individual printing, photocopying, laundry, academic activities beyond standard curriculum.
  • Educational tours, excursions, adventure camps, field trips and overnight stays both within and outside India.
  • Off campus entertainment such as theatre, concerts, private visits etc.
  • Individual or special coaching – academics, music, arts, sports.
  • Examination fee, courier charges, communication charges, pocket money, private use of vehicles, off campus health care and hospitalization.

Special instructions regarding payment of Fees:

  • The School reserves the right to review the fees periodically and the same shall be applicable to all students.
  • Payments not made on time will attract a late fee @10% on the due. Non-payment of dues and fine within 1 month from the due date, shall lead to child’s name being struck off the rolls of the School.
  • Students admitted in particular curriculum, cannot change into other curriculum in the middle of the academic year.
  • Absence from school without prior approval by the principal, will result in student’s name being struck off the school rolls. In all such cases, re-admission to the school will attract the Admission fee again.

Fee Payment options:

  • Fee can be paid through NEFT / RTGS.
  • Fee can also be paid through online payment gateway www.kkrhappyvalley.com through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
  • The fee can also be paid by Demand Draft in favour of “Happy Valley School”, payable at Vijayawada.
  • Please mention the Name and Admission No. of your ward on the reverse of the Demand Draft.

Please Note:

  • Payment through cheque is not accepted.
  • Once the student has been accepted for admission, Admission fee and Security Deposit are to be paid to confirm the admission.
  • First term fee and the Imprest money should be paid before the commencement of academic session in June and the second term fee in the first week of December.
  • A minimum balance of Rs. 10,000/- must be maintained in the imprest money account at any point of time during the year.
